The "Major" Goals
these are the goals that I keep dreaming about that mean more to me than the rest
  • 250 - 5/28/10 (100 to goal) 3/15/2017
  • 244.5 (-87.5) Halfway to "normal"6/20/10 4/4/17
  • 232 - 100 pounds down  8/5/10 5/20/17
  • 230 - Only obese (sounds like an oxymoron) 8/5/10 5/25/17
  • 214 - hubby's weight when I started 10/3/10
  • 198 - I remember 198 and saying "as long as I never get past 200..." 12/15/10
  • 192.5 - halfway to goal after 2017 reset
  • 170- Overweight; so much better than obese - 5/01/2011
  • 166 -  Half the person I used to be - 6/15/2011
  • 140 - normal weight, whatever than means.
  • 132 - 200 pounds lost and goal weight
  • 127 - the wiggle-room  low end goal that I don't care if I really ever get to or not ;)

Goals for 2012

  • MAINTENANCE - so far, so hard.  But this is my number 1 priority for 2012
  • Weight loss - I would really love to get down to 132 to make it an even 200 pounds lost - and then drop 5 more for a 5 pound wiggle room.  This may be too light for me as I already get grossed out seeing my rib cage in the mirror. So another 12-17 pounds over the course of the year.
  • Exercise Goal 1: finish couch to 5k again
  • Exercise Goal 2: start running 3-4 5ks a week again (depends on knee prognosis)
  • Exercise Goal 3: weight lifting and toning 3-4x a week , whether at a gym or making a home gym

Lose 1 size (down to 22/24, 3X) GOAL MET

Lose 3 sizes (down to 14/16, 1X, XL)- I bought a size 14 skirt (stretchy waist) that fit on 5/8.  Lots of shirts and skirts on 5/15 (no jeans yet though).  8/5/10 - I'm in all 14/16 now except jeans.  Hot dayam.
Lose 25 inches GOAL MET 7/1/10
no pinching of body parts whilst on an airplane 7/9/10 -ROOM TO SPARE! 3 inches extra on seat belt AND I could lower the tray!  wonderful wonderful!
Increase walks to 30 mins a day 10/1/10
Increase walks to 40 mins a day 10/1/10
Add jogging to walks 10/1/10
Lose 4 sizes (down to 14, XL) December 2010
lose the second chin when looking down
see collar bones with the naked eye 8/2/10 can totally see shadows now ooooh

Can sit on the ground and hug my knees
